ABOUT
VIVIAN MOYO
Trauma-Informed Coach | Trauma Survivor | Author | Speaker | Podcast Host | Personal Brand Strategist
My name is Vivian Moyo. I am a Trauma-Informed Coach, Trauma Survivor, Author of The Invisible Girl, Speaker, Podcast Host, Personal Brand Strategist, and Founder of Moyo Wellness Therapy.
With over 10 years of experience across the wellbeing, community, education, youth work, employability, and private sectors, I am passionate about helping people heal emotional wounds, rebuild confidence, reconnect with their authentic selves, and create meaningful change in their lives.
My work is rooted in both professional expertise and lived experience.
I lost my mother at the age of three, experienced emotional abandonment from my father, and later navigated the heartbreak of two miscarriages by the age of 25. These experiences shaped my nervous system and created survival patterns that followed me into adulthood.
For many years, I lived with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, people-pleasing, low self-worth, and disconnection from myself.
My healing journey taught me that trauma is not just stored in memory—it is stored in the body.
Through nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, emotional healing, and deeper self-understanding through Human Design, I learned how to rebuild safety within myself, trust my own voice, and move through life with greater confidence and alignment.
Today, through coaching, workshops, speaking engagements, Human Design, and personal branding, I help people heal, rebuild, and be seen.
