Vivian Moyo – Life Coach
I am a trauma-informed coach, podcast host, and new author of the upcoming book The Invisible Girl. My work is dedicated to helping women transform pain into purpose, rebuild their confidence, and reconnect with their true identity.
I am the founder of Moyo Wellness Therapy, where I work with women through 1–2–1 coaching, offering trauma-informed support and practical tools for emotional healing and personal growth. I create safe, empowering spaces where women can break unhealthy patterns, build resilience, and step into clarity and confidence.
My upcoming book, The Invisible Girl, is for anyone who has ever felt invisible, unseen, unloved, or unworthy. It is a powerful healing journey rooted in resilience, courage, strength, and forgiveness. Within its pages, readers will find practical healing tools and reflections designed to support their own personal growth and emotional restoration.
Prior to focusing fully on Moyo Wellness Therapy, I founded the women’s charity organisation Safe Haven, supporting women who had experienced abuse and emotional hardship. I have also worked in schools, empowering young girls to develop confidence from within, reshape their perception of beauty, and build emotional resilience.
My work has been recognised across various media platforms. I have been featured in the South London Press Newspaper, interviewed by BBC Radio and Nickelodeon TV, and featured on several local radio stations. I have also appeared on podcasts including The Kelly Healing Projects, Doing Life With Lesa, and Holistic Living Therapy, where I share insights on healing, self-love, breaking generational cycles, forgiveness, and personal transformation.
Through my podcast under Moyo Wellness Therapy, I host honest conversations around trauma recovery, emotional wellbeing, spiritual alignment, and practical life coaching strategies.
At the core of everything I do is the belief that healing is possible, growth is intentional, and your story has power.
